They say “all it takes is one person to change the world.” Well, if I’m One, then I’m looking for Two. Welcome to twoandchange. My name is Irina.
My skills and passions are focused on human-centered design, interaction design, and corporate social responsibility. To me, compelling design is simultaneously beautiful to behold, socially impactful in its function, and sensitive to the future audiences the design will affect. As individuals, as communities, and even as corporations, we can leverage the power of design to make an extraordinary living future.
I hold a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Rice University. After eleven years in design, I chose to return to the roots of why I had decided to enter the architecture field as a naive 17-year-old in the first place. In short, I began a graduate study in Social Design at Maryland Institute College of Art. Here, my work focuses on taking design concepts and design thinking to apply to the challenges the world has today.
This is my professional portfolio and my public sandbox for exploring the concepts behind social purpose, connecting real experiences in this realm, and engaging a community as passionate about this as I am. And there are no closed games:
See you soon, everyone.
